Join us for an insider’s view of the landscape under the current US government, its impact on the US national security community, and the implications for Canada and our 5-Eyes partners.
About our speaker
Lauren C. Anderson is an internationally recognized national security expert, global strategic advisor, and former senior FBI executive with nearly three decades of leadership in intelligence, counterterrorism, and counterintelligence.
Considered a pioneer in the business, she broke barriers as one of the first women on an FBI SWAT team and as the first woman to lead the Bureau’s Legal Attaché office in Paris, directing operations across 24 countries. Following the 9/11 attacks, she led the FBI’s expansion in Africa, forging critical multilateral partnerships with law enforcement, intelligence, and diplomatic counterparts worldwide. In New York, she was the only woman to serve as Interim Special Agent in Charge of both the Counterterrorism and Intelligence Divisions and held senior leadership roles in Counterintelligence.
