As the landscape reaches its full, leafy bloom, Over the Hill Orchards and Winery is thrilled to host our first-ever summer retreat, a day-long sanctuary designed to help you pause, breathe, reset your mind, and energize your body in the heart of nature.

Whether you’re finding your flow through guided movement, setting intentions, or melting away tension in a wood-fired sauna, every single moment of this curated experience is crafted for your renewal.

ITINERARY FOR THE DAY

Yoga in the Orchard
Begin the morning grounded in nature. We’ll start with a gentle flow session overlooking the valley, breathing in the fresh prairie air as the morning sun warms the orchard.
Wish Jars for Intention Setting (Hosted by Amanda Scandrett of Sacred Circle Healing Arts Studio)
Slow down and get clear on what you’re calling into your life. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll start with a calming singing bowl meditation, then craft your own physical wish jar using a selection of herbs, crystals, and symbolic elements. Complete it with a handwritten intention card to take home as a permanent reminder of what you’re cultivating.

Craft & Connection: Art & Book Swap
Unleash your creativity! Craft personalized charms and custom bookmarks using real pressed flowers. Afterward, participate in our Inspirational Book Swap, bring a book that deeply moved you, and leave with a new treasure to add to your summer reading list.

Sauna Session with Slow Sauna
Enjoy a deep, detoxifying sweat and the ultimate physical reset. This isn’t a task to be scheduled, but a gentle space to breathe, soften, leave the rush behind, and reconnect with yourself.

Through the Garden Glass (A Guided Wine Glass Reading Experience with Tea with Klynk)
Step into the garden for a fascinating experience rooted in reflection and symbolism. Learn the foundations of wine glass tasseography (reading patterns) as you swirl, sip, and map out the symbols and shapes left in your glass using dry-erase markers and custom floral confetti. Includes at least one personalized insight!
