Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet with hot and cold dishes, carving station, kids section, dessert & more!
It starts with fresh baked French bread, dinner rolls, and focaccia. Cold selections include mixed gourmet greens, roasted beets with goat cheese, classic Caesar salad, vine-ripened tomatoes with bocconcini, smoked salmon, poached prawns, bay scallops, and Ahi tuna and salmon sashimi. The carving station features a chef-carved striploin roast and roast turkey with signature gravy. Hot offerings include roast apple and sage stuffing, roasted vegetables, Emmenthal and leek potato gratin, wild sockeye salmon with prawns, soy maple glazed pork tenderloin, shrimp gyoza, and vegetarian spring rolls. A kids’ section offers chicken tenders and macaroni & cheese. Desserts range from chocolate yule logs to eggnog cheesecake, fruit flan, assorted pastries, and a Belgian chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and coffee breads.
