This holiday menu features a Holiday Salad with roasted beets, goat cheese, and pine nuts, paired with Chardonnay. Entrées include a Festive Turkey Dinner with classic sides and Pinot Noir, Turkey & Brie Sandwich with cranberry and prosciutto, or Linguine with Lion’s Mane Mushroom in porcini cream, paired with Petit Chablis. Desserts are Sticky Toffee Pudding with Prosecco or Chocolate Decadence Cake (V/GF) with Cabernet Sauvignon. Seasonal flavors and thoughtful wine pairings make this menu festive and indulgent.
