Events Description
SKY Kids Vancouver is Art of Living’s four-afternoon program for children ages 8–12. Through breathing and calming tools, games, movement, and teamwork, children build calm, focus, confidence, communication, and emotional steadiness. The program is led by certified SKY Kids instructor Nayna Trehan.
