With its beautiful sandy beach and warm shallow water and sand dunes, the Patricia Beach Provincial Park is a serene place hidden in Manitoba. Lazy in the sun and play on the beach. Watch the glorious sunset. See the water birds or go for pleasant walks. Renowned for the marshlands area that is a habitat for a variety of water fowls and wildlife species.

Fun Activities

Activities include bird watching, swimming, windsurfing, kite-boarding, picnicking. Near the north end of the beach, there is a secluded clothing optional area.

The causeway at the northern end of the beach feeds a marshy lagoon. Becasue of the marsh lands, visitors can see lots of birds in this park.

Near the Park: Golf at Beaches Golf Course or the Mars Sandhills Resort & Golf Course. Separated by a small channel is the Beaconia beach.

Located within a 20-minute drive is the Grand Beach Provincial Park. Head to Beausejour for a tour of the Daylily Gardens.

Camping

Camping: No camping.

South Beach Casino & Resort, Mars Sandhills Resort & Golf Course are good choices for an overnight stay.
