A new winter food and drink festival is coming to the town of Lincoln in Niagara Falls region this December.
SIP! Niagara
The brainchild of Jeremy Parsons, a culinary mixologist and host of the Gastro Guru TV show, and his partner Lizette Garcia Del Prado, who has years of experience working in the hospitality industry, SIP! Niagara will feature amazing wines and other drinks from the world-famous wine-growing region of Niagara Falls.
To top it off, the festival aims to break the new Guinness World Record for having the world’s largest DIY Caesar bar with over 180 different ingredients where you can create your own personalized Caesar Cocktail with the help of fabulous mixologists.
Along with fun and adventurous drinks, you’ll get to see enjoy musical acts including cover band Dwayne Gretzky, a lifestyle and fashion lounge where you can sit back and relax, and plenty of other great activities. Make sure you check out the ice sculptures, the Holiday Pop Up Market, and SIP Beach, where you can recreate a summer experience even in the midst of winter.
You’ll also find plenty of food trucks serving delicious food from local eateries if your stomach starts rumbling.
The event is free to attend, and you can purchase sample tickets in groups of 30 for $30.00 or 50 for $50.00 to try all the great beverages at the festival. Book your spot at the World’s Largest Caesar Bar for $20.00.
