    Extremely Disappointing Experience

    My family, along with friends, purchased nine tickets for an event in December 2022. Unfortunately, the dates were changed twice without proper notice. Despite our initial agreement, we faced difficulties reaching out for assistance, with calls and emails going unanswered.

    In December 2022, we received an email allowing us to use the reservation for any 2023 event. However, attempts to confirm available dates for this December were met with silence. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience, especially for our five children who were eagerly anticipating Christmas adventures last year, only to be disappointed again.

    Despite reaching out multiple times this November, we have yet to receive a response regarding available dates. The lack of communication and unmet expectations have made this the worst experience of its kind in my life.

    I urge the management to address these issues promptly, as we are still hoping for a positive resolution to salvage our holiday plans.

    Please read all Google reviews and filter the newest ones to the top. They cancel trains and do not refund. They do not honor promised make up credits and ghost customers and never call or email back
