The Yonge North York BIA (Business Improvement Area) invites you to participate in its second annual Canada Day Celebration. Enjoy free arts and crafts, face painting, a Kids Zone with inflatables, and a vendor fair featuring over 25 businesses. Entertainment includes DJ shows, live bands, dance lessons, and variety acts from 12 p.m. onwards. Evening highlights begin with a land acknowledgment, followed by a fire and dance show, and fireworks at 10 p.m.. Roaming entertainers and photo ops run from 5–9 PM throughout the venue.

A carillon is a musical instrument consisting of a set of bells cast in bronze and tuned so that they can be sounded together harmoniously by a player on a keyboard. Do you know what companies do the actual fireworks shows? As in do the municipalities sub-contract these companies to do the actual handling and carrying out of the fireworks? I doubt the actual Public Works department handles them. Where can I get this info?
