Events Description
Oron Peri travels in alpine regions around the world. His presentation today will focus on bulbs he has met on his adventures. Oron is a Plantsman, botanist and author as well as a leader of botanical tours in different parts of the world, born in Jerusalem where his family has been living for many generations.
He is a world expert on Bulbous plants of the Mediterranean and his book ‘Bulbs of the Eastern Mediterranean’ was published in 2015.
Oron will also do a short presentation on ‘Seeds of Peace’ his nursery specializing in bulbs mainly from the Mediterranean and South Africa.
