Join us in the Jazz Lounge for an intimate evening celebrating City Lights, the JUNO-nominated album (2026 JUNO Awards) by Toronto-based jazz pianist and composer Anthony D’Alessandro. Conceived as a cohesive musical suite, City Lights explores the energy, contrasts, and quiet reflections of urban life, drawing inspiration from the distinctive rhythms of Toronto and New York. The album represents a deeply personal chapter in D’Alessandro’s creative journey, blending contemporary jazz language with lyrical melodies, rich harmonies, and thoughtfully crafted arrangements intended to be experienced as a complete and immersive work.
For this special performance, Anthony D’Alessandro is joined by an outstanding ensemble of acclaimed Canadian and international musicians, each bringing their own voice, sensitivity, and artistry to the music. Performed live in an intimate Jazz Lounge setting, the evening highlights the nuance, spontaneity, and connection that define modern jazz, offering guests a rare opportunity to engage closely with the music as it unfolds in real time.
