Events Description
Hard Feelings Mental Health is thrilled to announce its 7th annual Mental Health Pop-Up Market. In the heart of The Village, this Pop-Up Market is bringing together curated artists and small businesses, under the theme “Hard Feelings, Soft Spaces”, designed to offer a welcoming environment for connection and community. It will also be an opportunity for incoming post-secondary students and community members to benefit from the mental health programming and resources offered through Hard Feelings. The event is scheduled for September 6, 2025, from 12:00 – 5:00 pm, and will be held at their storefront located at 353 Church Street.
Attendees can expect:
Local vendors: 15+ vendors, including Hard Feelings, offering wellness goods, art, food, and more.
Resources: Partnering agencies and psychotherapists with Hard Feelings tabling to provide mental health resources.
Community care: Opportunities to meet others, network, and engage in meaningful conversations.
The Pop-Up Market will feature a diverse range of vendors, each of which fosters stronger mental health practices, either through their work and/or as a part of their process. Attendees will have the opportunity to browse and purchase unique items that promote self-care, mental wellness, community, and personal growth.
Hard Feelings Mental Health encourages members of the local community, students, mental health professionals, and anyone interested in mental well-being to attend the Mental Health Pop-Up Market and be a part of this empowering experience. The event is open to the public for all ages with no cost to attend.
