Immersive Yoga at Illuminarium

Step onto your mat and into a sanctuary of movement and sound. We’ve partnered with Afterglow Studio and OHA Wellness to host a one-hour all-levels yoga flow class with extended savasana and sound meditation, leaving you feeling peaceful, relaxed, and refreshed as the perfect way to put your wellness first.

The instructor will guide you through a session to:

Rejuvenate the body through movement.
Calm the mind with breath and meditation.

Illuminarium\’s unique immersive space offers multiple shows that offer fun specialty themes to calming backgrounds. In the past, Illuminarium has hosted yogis in themes such as Space, Nature and Fantasy.
