Experience the spring migration at FortWhyte Alive.

A guided sunrise hike for beginners and experts alike. Afterwards, compare checklists over a coffee or tea and a muffin outside the Buffalo Stone Café.
If you prefer a slower-pace or self-guided morning please consider Self-Guided Sunrise Birding.

 

Please note

Suggested for ages 10+, including adults and older adults.

All participants should review the ABA Code of Ethics before participation

Bird photographers are welcome. Please review the Audubon Birding Photography Code of Ethics before participation.

This program includes coffee/tea and a muffin. If you have dietary concerns, please contact 204-989-8355 ext 210 no later than 12 pm the day before your session.

Please meet in FortWhyte Alive’s Alloway Reception Centre at 7 am. A staff person will check you in, and you will be introduced to your experienced guide as the program begins.
