Having wowed audiences for over 50 years this rock opera follows the last week of Jesus’s life through the eyes of Judas Iscariot. Originally a 1970 concept album, the show is sung-through, meaning there is no spoken dialogue. It explores themes of fame, betrayal, and power, and is known for its contemporary approach to the biblical story.
