Events Description

Join Master Herbalist Chad Cornell for a fascinating journey into the world of medicinal plants and fungi.

Participants will see, smell, touch, and taste various herbs and learn how they are commonly harvested, prepared, and used — both historically and by modern herbalists and natural health practitioners.

This interactive class explores legendary botanicals from cultures around the world, highlighting herbs and fungi from Asia and India, Europe and Australia, as well as those traditionally used by Indigenous peoples of the Americas.

Across the globe, plants have remained central to the health and well-being of countless cultures for generations. Today, new and emerging scientific research continues to reveal how many time-tested natural remedies remain just as relevant and effective as ever.
