Written by the Queen of Crime, Agatha Christie, “Spider’s Web” is a wickedly witty night of murder. The play combines a unique blend of suspense and humour, with an intricate plot of murder, police, invisible ink, hidden doorways, and secret drawers!
Clarissa is adept at spinning tales of adventure, but when a murder takes place in her drawing room, she finds real-life drama much harder to cope with. Desperate to dispose of the body before her husband arrives with an important politician, she enlists the help of her guests.
Hood and Dagger Productions is a Winnipeg registered charity with an all-volunteer cast and crew who specialize in theatre shows involving Mystery, Adventure, and Thrills. We love theatre and love community, and have given $24,000 to Winnipeg charities over our first two seasons. All our shows this season have free parking and new seats, so you’ll have a comfy bum! Individual tickets are only $25, so that with free parking is an approachable night out these days for a great show!
