Events Description
The Manitoba Museum invites you to attend the VIP Premiere of our upcoming planetarium show, “Wilfred Buck’s STAR STORIES” on Friday June 20, from 6 to 8 pm. Embark on a journey through the stars with Indigenous astronomer Wilfred Buck as he shares tellings of the night sky handed down by Ininew (Cree) elders over the generations.
After the show, Wilfred will join Planetarium Astronomer Scott Young and Head of Indigenous Programming & Engagement Tashina Houle-Schlup for an audience Q&A session.
The General Public is invited to join for rush seating and the refreshments.
This special planetarium show was created by Wilfred Buck in association with Door Number 3 Productions. The show opens to the general public on June 28, 2025 at the Manitoba Museum Planetarium, and will run twice daily throughout the summer.
