From getting lost in the world’s largest snow maze to dining on a frozen river, here are some of the best activities to enjoy this February in Winnipeg.

- Get lost in the World’s largest snow maze. In addition to the maze challenge, you can admire the snow carvings and buildings, slide down Snow Mountain, warm up by a bonfire, be brave and try the Giant Luge run, try a variety of snow games, and of course, a cup of hot chocolate. open until mid-March.

- See the Manitoba Theatre for Young People production, The Problem with Pink from February 16 – 18, and 24. In this production, four friends in their joyful pink world face a challenge when they’re told pink is only for girls, making them question their belonging in their once-beloved pink sanctuary.
- Hosted in the frozen rivers of Winnipeg in a one-of-a-kind temporary structure, RAW:almond is a famous fine dining festival where world-class chefs gather to create a pop-up restaurant experience like no other. January 25 – February 18, 2024.
- Winnipeg’s New Music Festival’s brings a week long celebration of new music gathering emerging talents from across the nation from January 25 – Febraury 2, 2024.

- “Diggers,” written by Donna-Michelle St. Bernard, plays at Prairie Theatre Exchange from February 27 to March 10, 2024. Set in Sierra Leone, it follows Abdul, Solomon, and newbie Bai, who work as gravediggers. As crisis strikes, they navigate challenges while highlighting the dignity of their work. This world premiere celebrates essential workers with humor and heart.
- Celebrate Ernest Monias‘ 75th Birthday at the Burt on February 18, 2024, with a concert and honoring ceremony. The event features The C-Weed Band as the supporting act and welcomes special guests for a memorable evening.
- “A Symphonic Journey” features trombonist Jörgen van Rijen performing Mendelssohn, Tan Dun’s trombone showcase, Debussy’s Prelude, and William Grant Still’s Afro-American Symphony. Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 7:30 pm.
