Riding Mountain National Park
You’ll love exploring this stunning national park. Located in Western Manitoba, there’s plenty to do and see here, especially during the fall. The weather will be more relaxed, which makes hiking Gorge Creek Valley and Bald Hill delightful. Plus, you’ll get to appreciate how gorgeous this park is in autumn.

Souris
This town is an excellent place for exploring. Souris River Valley is resplendent with hues of red and gold in Fall, which you can easily cross if you are brave enough to cross the famous Souris swinging bridge.
Clearwater Lake Provincial Park
For a peaceful autumn escape, head north to Clearwater Lake Provincial Park, near The Pas. In fall, the park’s famously clear, turquoise water is framed by changing foliage and quiet boreal forest. A highlight is the short Caves Self-Guiding Trail, which leads through dramatic limestone crevices formed when sections of rock separated from the shoreline cliffs.
