July Talk plot a major Canadian tour in 2026 for the 10th anniversary of their album Touch, which rocketed the band to major success including a run of radio hits, international touring and transformative sold out shows across the country, all of which solidified July Talk as one of the most artful, enthralling and potent live acts in alt rock.
Since their breakout with Touch, July Talk have both embraced and created opportunities to make their mark – loudly on stage and quietly in the moves they’ve made to promote safety, equality and communality in the world at large.
Winnipeg-based Taylor Jackson will open the show. Taylor builds from tape hiss and gut instinct—indie folk rock that sits between otherworldly and familiar. Dreamy vocals meet playful songwriting and a full-flavour indie sound, filled with scattered, messy charm.
