Useful tips and tricks for identifying, harvesting, and preparing wild foods.
Led by retired botanist Charles Burchill, you will be guided through FortWhyte’s trails to discover the possibilities wild plant foods can add to your outdoor (and meal-time) adventures.
Please note that this is a beginner foraging workshop, where you will learn how to forage and what you can expect to find. You will not be foraging to take home.
