Getting out and exploring all the beautiful nature that Manitoba has to offer is a great way to get to know the province. But some people don’t love the idea of hitching up a tent or renting an RV, which is where comfort camping comes in. Here are a few places to try comfort camping in Manitoba.

Riding Mountain National Park

 

This national park is one of the most beautiful places in the province. Along with some gorgeous hiking trails and incredible sights year-round, there’s also the opportunity to do camping in style. There are yurts, oTENTiks, and MicrOcubes.

Asessippi Provincial Park

You’ll find this gorgeous provincial park in Inglis. Located on Lake of the Prairies, you’ll get the chance to relax by the water, go for a hike, or try your hand at fishing and explore the famous Frank Skinner Arboretum trail. There’s also the opportunity to go comfort camping here in a super cozy yurt if you want a super luxurious experience.

Manitoba Parks’ yurts costs $56 for an overnight stay.
