Manitoba Chambers of Commerce’s Tourism Rebate Incentive Program (TRIP) is back.

Starting today until May 16th, Manitobans can visit famous museums and stay at participating hotels at a discount.
Those who choose to stay in a qualifying accommodation can get a rebate up to $100 and those who visit Manitoba Star Attractions will receive a 50 per cent discount on their admission after they submit their bills online.
The program, TRIP, was introduced last year, and over 25,000 Manitobans took advantage of the program. Manitoba Chambers of Commerce says they returned 2.2 million in rebates to Manitobans who in turn spent a total of $5.5 million at the participating locations.
This year, those who take advantage of the program by staying at a hotel or visiting an attraction will have to upload receipts online before 11:59 PM on Monday, May 23, 2022.
Eligible Manitobans will receive a rebate in the form of a personal cheque mailed to a designated physical address or delivered electronically to their PayPal account.

What: Manitobans aged 18 and above can choose from ONE of TWO rebate options:
- Book and stay in a participating hotel, motel, or resort in Manitoba, then access a $100 rebate by uploading a proof of purchase receipt to the online platform at www.tripmb.ca.
- Visit one of our province’s participating Star Attractions then upload a proof of purchase receipt to the online platform at www.tripmb.ca to access a 50% rebate on general admission.
