Winnipeg Art Gallery

Winnipeg Art Gallery is Canada’s oldest civic art gallery. In addition to housing the world’s largest public collection of modern and contemporary Inuit art (WAG is set to open Inuit Art Centre in late 2020), the Gallery also has an impressive collection of contemporary, decorative, American & European art, and photography, videos, prints and drawings. You can now browse through high-resolution images of these collections online.

WAG has also started the WAG@Home series to introduce both kids and adults to its collection through fun activities, posts, colouring sheets, stories and more. We feel, this series is a very fun and effective way through which online visitors can appreciate the art housed at WAG.

Canadian Museum of Human Rights

Dalnavert Museum

Dalnavert Museum and Visitors’ Centre, a National and Provincial Heritage Site, was the home of Sir Hugh John Macdonald, former Premier of Manitoba. Take a virtual tour to see
this opulently decorated house. You can navigate through the tour by clicking on the white hotspots on the floor. In certain portions of the house you can see information snippets (Blue and white /Orange and white concentric circles), which will give a brief introduction/relevant information pertinent to that space.
